Eligibility Code for NTA NEET 2023 UG

  • NEET UG Code 01: A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination i.e. class 12th in 2023 whose result is awaited may apply and appear in the said examination, but he shall not be eligible for admission to MBBS or BDS, if he does not Does qualify the qualifying exam with required passing percentage marks at the time of first round of counselling. (Code 01) Applicable only for students coming in 2023
  • NEET UG Code 02 : Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 Higher/Senior Secondary Examination after 12 years’ duration of study including Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-Technology in the last two years of such study (which shall include practical tests in these subjects) and any other elective subject with Mathematics or English following the commencement of 10+2+3 course not less than the core syllabus for English prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training. Educational Structure recommended by the National Committee on Education.
  • NEET UG Code 03 : Intermediate / Pre-Degree Examination in Science from an Indian University / Board or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Bio-Technology (which shall include practical test in these subjects) and also English as a compulsory subject
  • NEET UG Code 04 : Pre-Professional/Pre-Medical Examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-Technology and English after passing Higher Secondary Examination or Pre-University or equivalent examination. The Pre-Professional/Pre-Medical Examination shall consist of practical test in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.
  • NEET UG Code 05 : First year of a three year degree course of a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology with practical tests in these subjects, provided the examination is a University Examination and the candidate has previously Must have passed the qualifying examination of Biology/Bio-Technology with English as at least one core course.
  • NEET UG Code 06 : B.Sc examination of an Indian University provided he/she has passed B.Sc examination with at least two of the subjects out of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/Bio-technology and further he/she has passed Physics, Chemistry , have passed the earlier qualifying examination with Biology and English.
  • NEET UG Code 07: Any other examination which is found to be equivalent in scope and standard (last 02 years of 10+2 studies consisting of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology; which shall include practical test in these subjects) to an Intermediate Science Examination . Indian University/Board, taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology including practical test in each of these subjects and English. Provided further that in order to be eligible for the competitive entrance examination, a candidate must have passed the qualifying examination in 2016 or appeared in the qualifying examination in 2016. Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-Technology and English individually and must have secured minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology together in the qualifying examination as per clause of Regulation 4 on graduation mentioned in (2). Medical Education 1997 and must appear in the merit list of All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.

Eligibility Code for NTA NEET 2023 UG in Hindi

  • Code 01: Candidates who will appear their class 12 board exam in 2023 and waiting for their board result must select this code. However, by the time of admission, such brabs must have considered their class 12 as per the specified criteria, failing which they will become ineligible.

  • Code 02: Candidates who are pursuing Higher/Senior Secondary Examination or Indian School Registration (ISSE), which is equivalent to class 12 examination and comes after 12 years of study period, must select this code.

According to the National Council of Education and Learning (NCERT), the last two years of this study should consist of science subjects such as Physics, Chemical Science, Biology/Biotechnology, and any other optional subject along with Mathematics or English. BRAAB who have studied class 12th from the year 2022 or earlier and have not done any other course after completion of class 12th must select this code.

  • Code 03: Countries concerned who have completed their Intermediate/Pre-Degree Examination in Science from an Indian University/Board or other recognized bodies with Science, Physics, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as compulsory subjects Have them have this code. Practical examination of science subjects will be conducted in the syllabus. Those who have completed Literacy Class 12th or its equivalent qualifying examination from any State Board also need to select this code.

  • Code 04: Selecting this code while applying to Virat who have completed Pre-Professional/Pre-Medical Examination after showing glimpse of Higher Secondary Examination or Pre-University or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English Will happen . , The Pre-Professional/Pre-Medical Examination should consist of General Examination in these subjects and also in English as a compulsory subject.

  • Code 05: Candidates who are pursuing a three years degree course from a recognized University having Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Essential Technology as subjects and having courses in these subjects in the first year including practical examination, should apply under this code is required to be selected. Global should note that here the qualifying exam must be a university level exam and Global must have recognized the first qualifying exam 10+2 with Physics, Biology/Biotechnology & English as one of the core courses.

  • Code 06: Those who have passed B.Sc examination from recognized Indian University with at least two subjects out of Botany, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology) / Bio-Technology need to select this code during the application process Will happen. Also, they may have appeared in the earlier qualifying examination (10+2) with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

  • Code 07: Who has passed any other examination, the scope and standard of which (last two years of 10+2 studies including Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology shall include standard examination in these subjects) of any Indian University / is found to be equivalent to the Intermediate Science Examination of the Board, this code will be selected. Grantees who have completed a qualifying exam from abroad are also required to fill in this code.

Question: I am in second year of B.Sc and now want to appear in NEET exam, which code should be selected?

Answer:

In such cases, the qualifying code of NEET 2023 should be Code 5, as such candidates will have to complete the first year with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as core subjects with practical tests.

Question: If I have passed class 12th in 2021, and appearing for NEET for the second time, what should be my qualifying exam code?

Answer:

NEET qualifying code 2023 will be code 2, as it is for candidates who have completed class 12th in 2022 or earlier and are not pursuing any course.

Question: What will be my NEET code 2023 if I am a dropper?

Answer:

The qualifying exam code for NEET 2023 for droppers is code 2 if they have passed class 12th from CBSE, ICSE or any other state board. However, if they have completed 10+2 qualifying examination as PUC or Pre-Degree, then the code should be 3.
